OVERVIEW

Sisu Clinic is a doctor-led aesthetic medicine destination offering a comprehensive range of the most advanced beauty treatments in the world. Founded in 2018 in Ireland by Dr. James Cotter, Dr. Brian Cotter and serial tech entrepreneur, Pat Phelan, Sisu Clinic has 21 clinics globally, including 14 in the Republic of Ireland, and is continuing its rapid growth.

Sisu focuses on safely bringing advancements in aesthetic medicine to the masses, offering a comprehensive range of innovative cosmetic treatments including anti-wrinkle injections, dermal fillers, skin boosters, thread lifts and more. Sisu strives to create a personalised approach to patient care and unparalleled service centered on establishing a dynamic partnership between patients and their practitioners.

In order to grow brand awareness and scale patient acquisition across 21+ clinics, Sisu approached us to manage the day to day operations of their Paid Social and Google Search, YouTube, Display and Discovery activity.

THE TASK

To enable and empower Sisu Clinic to unlock new patients and grow brand awareness through digital channels such as Google Search, YouTube, Display and Discover and Paid Social, helping them to increase revenue generation, and expand their business into new markets and territories.

THE APPROACH

Account and Campaign Audit: We know a lot can be learnt from previous campaigns that have been run, so we ran an account and campaign audit, to help identify what was working and what was not. This also identified quick wins and longer term projects the accounts could benefit on.

Full Funnel Strategy: We created a full funnel strategy to unlock expansion plans within the United Kingdom, Ireland and the United States.

Campaign Restructure: We changed the way that campaigns were running to follow best practice, meaning we helped increase cost efficiency and took advantage of platform innovations.

Optimisation: We continually optimised campaigns to ensure the budget worked as hard as it could, driving efficient results.

Test and Learn: Following a test and learn approach, agilely updated campaigns based on the winning cells.

Reporting: In depth weekly and monthly reporting, to identify opportunities for improvement and further expansion. We used a data led approach, to create actionable insights that could be fed back into the campaigns.

Attribution and Tracking: We worked with the team to update attribution windows and install important tracking capabilities, meaning we could better measure campaign effectiveness.

Team: A highly specialised team were assigned to work on the account, so as they could draw inspiration and knowledge from similar accounts they work on. This means Sisu Clinic benefited from other work the agency and team are doing within the industry.

The Conclusion

RESULTS

Enabled Sisu Clinic to expand into new markets and locations, including Ireland, United Kingdom and United States.

 

Stable month on month growth and increases in efficiency, with Paid Social and Google Search, YouTube, Display and Discovery becoming key contributors to the acquisition mix.
